2010 Chevy Tahoe Turn Signal Bulb Replacing details?

In this query the customer needs to replace the turn signal bulbs with LEDs, but do not want to use load resistors to avoid the "fast-flash" that will occur.

On Basis of this query the details to troubleshoot this problem is as follows:----

The exterior lights are controlled by the Body Control Module (BCM). The flash function is achieved by the BCM toggling power to these lights by turning a transistor internal to the BCM on and off. The burned out bulb function is achieved by the BCM monitoring the current flow on these circuits and then subsequently applying a calibrated value that would determine if there is a burnt out bulb. Unfortunately this is a function that is not selectable when programming the BCM. Its hard to find any company that would offer custom BCM programming. There are many companies that offer Engine Control Module programming but not BCM. In this case you will have to add a resistor to the circuit to make it function normally. You might also do some additional searching, I recommend getting help for manufacturer. The manufacturer of the bulb can easily add the resistor to the LED bulb assembly. The bulbs which clients basically replace are  standard automotive bulb and the resistance of these bulbs is also standard, so it would only make sense to add the resistor to the bulb and make their product universal.

This details will help.
